After successful payment, customers may request cancellation only if the rectification work has not yet started.
To check eligibility for cancellation, please email us at support@birthtimerectification.com as soon as possible after payment.
Once the rectification analysis has begun, the service becomes non-cancellable.
A full refund will be issued if we are unable to perform the birth time rectification due to insufficient or unverifiable information, including but not limited to:
– Birth time being too vague
– Date of birth not confirmed
– Missing or inconsistent life event data
A refund will also be provided if the service cannot be delivered within 7 working days from the date of payment.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
